Subscription plans may renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

Users may cancel subscriptions at any time, but fees already paid are generally non-refundable.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged multiple times, or experienced a billing error, please contact us for review.

Fraudulent chargebacks, payment abuse, or attempts to improperly reverse payments may result in suspension or termination of access to the services.

Temporary outages, AI inaccuracies, delays, model limitations, or feature changes do not automatically qualify for refunds.

Runexa Systems LLC may, at its sole discretion, provide refunds, credits, or account adjustments in exceptional situations.
